The Board of Directors of Jumpgate AB has appointed Florian Bohn as Chief Executive Officer of Jumpgate AB, effective October 1st, 2026. The appointment is part of a planned evolution of Jumpgate’s executive leadership, developed in close cooperation between the Board of Directors, Harald Riegler and Florian Bohn, to ensure a seamless handover and continued execution of the company's strategy.

Today, Jumpgate AB announced that its wholly owned Hamburg-based subsidiary, gameXcite GmbH has entered into a licensing agreement with Paramount Games for the development of a new project based on Star Trek.

Jumpgate game studio Funatics has extended its existing work-for-hire project with an additional contract valued circa 2.2 million SEK. The project, which originally commenced in August 2025, has been continuously extended and will now run through December 2026 to deliver a further comprehensive feature update.

Jumpgate AB has entered into a publishing agreement with German publisher Daedalic Entertainment for the development of a new major strategy game for PC and consoles, based on a well-known IP with the project name “Galactic Exploration”. The game has a total development budget of approximately SEK 26.7 million (EUR 2.4 million), which is fully financed through Daedalic and German public funding. Jumpgate subsidiary gameXcite has been granted ca. 11.9 million SEK (1 079 756 EUR) in financing from German federal funds for a new game project. The financing is provided in the form of a grant to cover development costs and has been approved within the framework of the German Games Funding programme administered by the DLR Projektträger.

Jumpgate AB will publish its Interim Report for the second quarter of 2026 on August 20, 2026.

Jumpgate´s board of directors has decided to make a conversion share issue of 57,742 shares directed to ATO Consulting GmbH. The subscription price is 2.82 SEK per share. The share issue is done based on the mandate from the General Meeting on May 13, 2026.
