Jumpgate subsidiary Tivola Games finishes work on prototype financed by a grant for video games supported by Gamecity Hamburg
Jumpgate subsidiary Tivola Games has finished its work on a game prototype for the game ”Pet Universe” that received a grant by Gamecity Hamburg (part of Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft) for video games in 2025 and 2026. After very positive initial feedback for the finished playable prototype, Tivola Games is going to publicly present it at GDC in San Francisco this week.

These logs recap recent events and set the stage for the mission ahead, helping ground each mission in the ongoing journey of the Voyager crew.
Jumpgate’s board of directors has decided to make a conversion share issue of 278 742 shares directed to ATO Consulting GmbH. The subscription price is 1.75 SEK per share. The share issue is done based on the mandate from the General Meeting on June 5, 2025.

Jumpgate expands loan facility with Triple Dragon and executes additional project financing for Star Trek: Voyager – Across the Unknown
Jumpgate AB (the “Company”) has agreed with Triple Dragon Ltd (“Triple Dragon”) to expand an existing loan facility from 280 000 EUR to 627 000 EUR. Drawdowns from the facility are connected to milestone payments in existing development contracts, drawn funds from the loan facility accrue a monthly interest rate of 2.25 percent and repayment for drawn funds shall be made at latest in December 2026.
Star Trek: Voyager – Across the Unknown will launch on February 18 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. The game is developed by Jumpgate studio gameXcite and published by Daedalic Entertainment. Preorders of the PS5 and Xbox versions open today and a demo version for both consoles is now available. Preorders and demo for Nintendo Switch 2 are expected shortly.

Jumpgate enters into development agreement with Mobile Games Publisher for a new game project with a budget of ca 19 million SEK
Jumpgate subsidiary Tivola Games GmbH has entered into a development agreement with a yet to be announced Mobile Games Publisher (“Publisher”) for a new game project with a budget of ca 19 million SEK. The project is intended for German federal co-financing, with 10.5 million SEK being provided by the Publisher and 8.5 million SEK being provided by federal funds, subject to final award of funds from the German game funding programme.
