Jumpgate game studio Funatics has signed an agreement for a work-for-hire project with a contract value of ca 5 million SEK for work on and the relaunch of an existing simulation game with a strong focus on the US market. One of Jumpgate’s development studios has obtained a bonus payment of ca 2.2 million SEK (200 thousand EUR) for the studio´s work on a successful game. The bonus is a one-off payment based on certain achieved milestones for the sales of the game following the launch.

Jumpgate has extended the contract with Professional Bull Riders (“PBR”) until Dec 31, 2026. The Agreement includes rights for the PBR based game 8 to Glory (mobile & console) developed by Jumpgate and published by THQ Nordic in 2018. Jumpgate and PBR have collaborated since 2016 and seven years after release the game still contributes steady revenue comprising 1 million SEK in the first half of 2025.

Jumpgate subsidiary Tivola Games releases Ed & Edda: GRAND PRIX – Racing Champions today, July 24, 2025 on PC (Steam & Epic), Sony Playstation 5, Xbox X/S and Nintendo Switch. The game is a family-friendly kart racing game that was produced in cooperation with Europa-Park and MACK One.
