Jumpgate AB (the “Company”) has agreed with Triple Dragon Ltd (“Triple Dragon”) to expand an existing loan facility from 280 000 EUR to 627 000 EUR. Drawdowns from the facility are connected to milestone payments in existing development contracts, drawn funds from the loan facility accrue a monthly interest rate of 2.25 percent and repayment for drawn funds shall be made at latest in December 2026.

Star Trek: Voyager – Across the Unknown will launch on February 18 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. The game is developed by Jumpgate studio gameXcite and published by Daedalic Entertainment. Preorders of the PS5 and Xbox versions open today and a demo version for both consoles is now available. Preorders and demo for Nintendo Switch 2 are expected shortly.

Jumpgate subsidiary Tivola Games GmbH has entered into a development agreement with a yet to be announced Mobile Games Publisher (“Publisher”) for a new game project with a budget of ca 19 million SEK. The project is intended for German federal co-financing, with 10.5 million SEK being provided by the Publisher and 8.5 million SEK being provided by federal funds, subject to final award of funds from the German game funding programme.

Jumpgate subsidiary gameXcite has been granted ca 1.6 million SEK (142 775 EUR) in financing from German Federal funds. The financing is made in the form of grants to cover production costs for a game project related to Star Trek Voyager: Across the Unknown. The grants have been approved within the framework of the German program for game financing. The financing will be paid out in regular instalments from November 2025 to February 2026.

Boss of the World relaunches on December 15, 2025. The game is an All-Star Cheerleading game for iOS and Android. Jumpgate studio Funatics took over the development of the game from a previous team in August 2025 pursuant to a work-for-hire contract with the publisher SC Concepts LLC. Jumpgate has no upside from the sales of the game.

Jumpgate AB today announces the worldwide digital release of Sacred 2 Remaster, a modernized and fully updated version of the acclaimed 2008 action role-playing game Sacred 2: Fallen Angel. The title is published by THQ Nordic GmbH and developed by Jumpgate studios Funatics and Nukklear, together with the original creators of the game at Sparklingbit GmbH.

gameXcite, a subsidiary of Jumpgate AB, invites players to assume the captain’s chair aboard the U.S.S. Voyager with the first public PC demo of the upcoming survival strategy game Star Trek: Voyager – Across the Unknown, now available during Steam Next Fest. The full game, published by Daedalic Entertainment, is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and the release date will be announced at a later time.

Sacred 2 Remaster will be released on November 11, 2025. The game is a classic open-world action RPG, renowned for its distinctive humor. The remaster features numerous enhancements over the original and the development is done in a partnership between Sparklingbit Studios, founded by key members of the original Sacred 2 development team, and Jumpgate studios Funatics and Nukklear (Multiplayer Development). The publisher is THQ Nordic GmbH.
